Paul’s Purposes in 2nd Thessalonians

God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. 2 Thess 1.6-7a

Paul’s Blessings for the Thessalonians, 3.16-18

Paul ends as he begins, wanting for the Thessalonians what they need most, more of Jesus.

"There is no peace," says the LORD, "for the wicked."  Isa 48.22
